Shital has completed her Bachelors in Education from Directorate of Elementary Education and Bachelor of Arts in English. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology and also Diploma in TESOL / TEFL with Specialization in BETT. Apart from this, she holds a Certification in Global Career Counselling from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA Extension) and has been certified as their Super Counsellor. She is also a certified IELTS Trainer from British council and a Certified Life Coach. Shital holds a fifteen year long experience in teaching and training. She is a certified Phonics Teacher/Trainer and a certified Storyteller and a Trainer. She has been working as adminstrator and accountant part time in a Minerals Company from 2016 to present. She has conducted Career guidance and behavior sessions with preteens and teens through storytelling in different schools in Chennai.
